Features

Our modern production plants are capable of producing up to six types of pallets in high volumes thanks to the most advanced robotic equipment, which can handle any task, whether disposable pallets or standardised EUR or USA pallets.

State-of-the-art robotic equipment

The R-2000iC/210F is a powerhouse capable of lifting up to 210 kg at any angle, and can also handle enormous loads across a wide range of applications.

High production capacity

Thanks to two robotic lines, we are able to produce over 200,000 pallets per day, while maintaining the highest required quality.

Thanks to our own production, we can manufacture all types of pallets – from atypical, block and disposable to CP, full-deck, USA and Euro pallets.

Atypical

Do standard pallets not suit your dimensions or other requirements? We'll make pallets to your specifications. You can choose the dimensions, fastening material, type of wood, load capacity or edge bevelling.

Block pallets

Looking for pallets with high strength and load capacity? Block pallets are the answer. These are characterised by full blocks as the load-bearing element — so-called two-way pallets.

Disposable

Only need pallets for a single transport cycle? Disposable pallets are ideal. Standards are more lenient — the pallet can be made from grade II timber and cut pieces can be coloured.

EUR

The most widespread transport pallet in Europe. Precisely standardised to perfectly utilise space during transport. Can be handled by forklift or other transport equipment from all 4 sides.

Full-deck

Ideal for transporting construction materials such as bricks, paving or roofing. Full beams replace blocks. Structurally simple yet very strong with high load capacity.
